Source

Each ingredient sourced for this proprietary product is carefully selected from a strict qualifying guideline.  Please review Angora honey sourcing for honey.

Plant pollen is collected from the state of Iowa, Minnesota, North and South Dakota. This product is produced from the growth of agricultural grains. After sifting this product, it provides a wide variety of plant pollen that gives a wide spectrum of different types of grass, weeds, flower and bee pollen.

Product Bio

When processing, we slightly warm honey to 105° to maintain the integrity, and not to burn the properties in the honey.  Through a series of strainers, which 200 is the smallest of strainers, it leaves small particles of propolis and pollen in the honey. Being prepared this way gives all the wholesomeness that God intended you to experience. With so many benefits that come from the consumption of honey, it may be worth considering implementing premium Angora honey into your daily diet.

In addition, through management practices we enjoy the pleasure of a naturally occurring 16.5% moisture level on average at harvest. USDA requirements set moisture levels at 18.6% or lower to be considered grade A. In comparison to a number of other honey producers, most of these producers are achieving 19% or higher moisture levels. The bottling plants have to run the honey through a dehumidifier and heat the honey to a undesirable level to remove moisture. Moisture means weight, and honey is sold by weight. You can't blame the beekeepers for wanting to have a heavier crop to sell, considering all of the challenges that come along with raising honeybees. But naturally lower moisture means more honey for your money, without harming the honey properties by higher heat.

Other Factors

There is much discussion about honey helping to provide innoculation for your allergic symptoms. This factor can be debated on both sides of the issue. What is not discussed are the deeper aspects that may be some underlying causes of positive or negative results to your symptoms. Some evidence is leaning to show that the ones receiving benefits, are consuming honey that is originated from 100% botanical base sourcing. The ones that seem to be not receiving benefits, have come from individuals using store-bought honey. This causes us to wonder if widespread honey alteration could be the culprit.
