Fall is Falling

Posted by Tammy Chapman on

I did get my onions out!  I broke one of my glass bowls, but I had extra so not a big deal.  I feel much better now that they are out.  The weather has been cool and rainy the past few days.  The highs over the rest of the week are only in the low 40's and the low's are in the low 20's!!!  Yes, the heat went on Monday night.  It is only set at 65 (for now) and even with the drizzly weather, that is toasty in here.  Need to remember to run my humidifier now at night.  I never have a problem until the heat comes on.  Monday night I had a nosebleed.  I hate nosebleeds!  I am a bit of a bleeder, and the last bad one I had I spent a night in the hospital and had my nose packed for a week.  I do not want to do that again.  So, humidifier to the rescue!  Around mid-October weather says it will warm up into the 60's.  Looking forward to that.  Took a drive yesterday with some friends for a visit and the colors were just beautiful!  Most of the reds are gone, but the golds, yellows, and "neon" oranges were still with us.  I am guessing after this weekend, most of the colors will be gone.  I have lots of leaves already gathering in the garden!  Oh, and the hummingbird feeders came down Monday.  Hadn't seen a hummer in 5 days.  Feeders are cleaned up and ready for next season.

That is about all I have to share today folks.  Enjoy your Hump Day!

Stay Safe, Stay Healthy, Stay Sane!
